You're Probably Wondering

  • What accommodations are available through Paradise Lapland?
We offer various apartments in Kiruna, ranging from single-room apartments to three-bedroom apartments (maximum capacity of 8 persons). All accommodations come equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV, and access to a laundry room.
  • Do the accommodations include bed sheets and towels?
Yes, all our accommodations at Paradise Lapland come fully equipped with bed sheets and towels. We ensure that every guest enjoys a comfortable and relaxing stay.
  • What activities does Paradise Lapland offer?
Paradise Lapland provides guided snowmobile day tours in Kiruna, Northern Lights snowmobile tours in Kiruna, and Northern Lights hunting tours by minibus to Abisko National Park. We also offer overnight guided snowmobile tours to a traditional Sami village in Övre-Soppero, where you can experience reindeer feeding and observe the mesmerizing night sky, free from light pollution – a perfect setting for a Northern Lights show if we are lucky!
  • Are there any age or license requirements for driving a snowmobile?
Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license to operate a snowmobile. Guests without a valid license can still join the tour as passengers.
  • How many nights do I need to see the Northern Lights?
To increase your chances of seeing the Northern Lights, we recommend staying for at least 3-4 nights. This duration gives you multiple opportunities to witness this natural wonder, especially if weather conditions vary.
  • Is it guaranteed that I will see the Northern Lights on the tour?
Unfortunately, no. The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and their appearance depends on factors like solar activity, weather conditions, and cloud cover. While our experienced guides will do their best to maximize your chances by finding clear skies and monitoring auroral activity, sightings cannot be guaranteed.
  • What is included in the price of the tours?
The snowmobile tours include a guided experience through Swedish Lapland's winter landscapes, a warm overall, boots, helmet, face mask, and gloves suitable for the Arctic climate. Additionally, all tours include transfer from and to your accommodation and a traditional Swedish fika (warm beverage and a sweet treat).
  • What should I bring with me to the tour?
You should bring warm, layered clothing to wear under the provided snowmobile gear, as well as a hat, scarf, and thermal socks. A camera or smartphone with good low-light capabilities is also recommended for capturing the Northern Lights.
  • How can I book a tour or an accommodation?
Bookings can be made directly through our website by selecting the desired tour or accommodation and following the booking instructions provided.
